Finder Toolbar folder links incorrect on backup

New SuperDuper user here. Backup worked great but one weirdness I noticed after booting up the backup copy is that some Folder Links I had put in the Finder Window Toolbar turned into links to some random mail messages.

This is on 10.4.9. The links in the Finder Sidebar are fine. I can provide more info if needed, but I thought maybe something is excluded by default that would cause this? Maybe I should try rebuilding my directory?

Other than that, everything else looks fine. I didn't notice anything strange in the log.

Thanks.

Sidebar links were wrong, huh? That's strange: it's possible that Finder is using the "file ID" rather than the path to locate the link target... file IDs (which are the physical file numbers) are not copied by SD! or similar tools.

When you tested, did you name the destination the same as the source volume though? That might have an effect on this kind of alias...
