Feature suggestion: new included script

Background: I was caught unawares while doing a backup (user files) to find that the script copies files from all users on the Mac; I would have expected a user file copy to be a Home Folder copy for the active user only. The other thing I noticed is that a lot of time was taken backing up temp files and cache files are are really of no moment, but when copying over a network to an image can really slow things down.

Suggestion for the (user files) script: The default should be to copy one's Home Folder only, with the option to not copy common cache and other auto-created files.

Yes, if I take the time to investigate I can modify the script to do this, but for this seemingly very common function it would be nice to have a canned script do it for me.
