Long time no see

Dave,
I'm a very satisfied user who started out by wiping out my entire HD with SD by not operating by the book. I was just about ready to throw in the towel, but thankfully reconsidered. This is my first visit to the forum since last August, and in reading thru the many problems being encountered, note that nearly every one results from: 1) not following SD's instructions and recommended practices; and 2) trying to make SD do what it wasn't designed to do. I have found that by just letting SD do its work and not arguing with it, everything has gone smoothly without attention from me for months. This is a great utility, nobody should be operating without it. I can't imagine any one other utility available to Mac users of greater value and which provides more peace of mind. Nor does any other provide better help and quicker feedback. Muchas gracias!
