Oh, if only ALL support was like Dave's

It is pretty darn reassuring when you've called for HELP as I did with my cloning stopping before completion - and you not only get a reply, but you get a reply that gives advice on what to do and how to fix it.

And this, in the face of getting 2.5 ready for Leopard.

I am once again a happy camper and with a bootable FireWire clone, am about to do my Leopard install.

Dave, I'd like to put my twopenneth in here and say what a great job you and your team are doing to produce 2.5. I have just read your last entry in your blog (thanks for keeping us up to date) I hope you have nailed it this time (for the sake of your ulcer). Keep up the fabulous work, we are all with you.
