Thanks for another quick reply. I am a geek, but I'm not that advanced or idiotic enough to mess with the root or know what I'm doing in the terminal because I know very little about UNIX. A restart seemed to solve the problem this time. It was more like a force restart from a crash. I've never had a crash before, but I have had a few ever since updating to 10.4.2. The crashing first started when running Virtual PC. The screen would go dark and give me the restart your computer message. Then, this morning I got the same crash and message running Camino and iTunes. Have you had any crashes like this in 10.4.2?

None of note, no...
The command I gave would just delete a single file: the one that was indicating it was "too large" -- which is weird. If reboot fixed, great... something wacky must have been going on.
