Why is the files evaluated not the same from app to app
If i use superduper 2 it evalueated 539.966 files. If i use DataBackup from prosoft, i get 660.000 files.
Is there a reason why superduper copyes fewer files then databackup - both clones works ![]() |

We get our file count directly from the system (the one at the top of the log). I'd have to guess that Data Backup is counting itself, and is making a mistake -- perhaps it counts both the resource fork of files and the file separately.
