Destination Options Grayed Out

All of my destination options on my external drive are grayed out. My external drive is formated as NTFS. I know that SuperDuper says that it is not compatible to Fat32 but it says nothing about NTFS. I used NTFS on the drive because it is compatible with both Windows and Macs for general access.

Does anyone know anything about using SuperDuper and an NTFS drive.

We don't support NTFS (which isn't writable under OSX).
