Multiple Sequential Backups on Demand

I've built a few scripts for backing up, excluding certain files, etc., and have them scheduled to run each at a certain time every day, which works fine. There are a total of 4 drives/partitions backing up to an equal number of partitions on 2 different external drives (total of 8 scheduled scripts). What I'd like to do, however is run all 8 scripts any time I want*.

I've built this whole sequence in QuicKeys, but it requires a lots of extra steps (and often fails at certain steps). It seems like there must be an easier way, but my tired old brain is not figuring out the most efficient solution.

*The goal being: when SuperDuper is done, launch Cocktail to run and then shut down my Mac.
