Restored with SD but now it boots into the restore etc area

I just reinstalled Sierra and then restored with Super Duper.

However when I restart it does not go to the usual desktop, but it goes to the place that you get to when you start holding the option key. It will not go to my login page.

When I ask it to start again it shows nothing in the choice of drives to start from. It shows SD as a drive in 'disk utility' and it shows Super Duper as the name instead of Mac HD as it usually does.

What do I do now.

Thanks
Al

Not sure of the terminology but when I push the 'on' button the computer always goes to the screen that gives the MacOS utilities;
Restore
Reinstall
Get online help
Disk utilities.

I selected 'get online help' to post this.

Right, but, are you able to boot from the drive if you use Option+boot or the startup disk selector in Recovery (which is where you are)?
