Figured it out
When I configured it in the first place, I set it up for a soho environment, so each of us would have their own accounts.
I created the first set of disk images under my own account, not the user name of the intended user. Thus, when mounted using her username, the disk images were owned by me, not her, and thus were read only. I do need to figure out how to tranfer them from my user id to hers, but that is not a problem with SD. That is me trying to figure out how to work with a readnas as an afp server. Gotta love pilot error. Scott |
