Question 10.5: Permissions issues on 10.5 volume after accidental use of SD!

I forgot SD isn't yet ready for Leopard and used SD to "backup all" from a Mac mini running 10.5 to a new iMac. I had checked the repair permissions option.

The first thing I noticed on the target new iMac was the PDF menu in the Print dialogs was missing. I then noticed the same problem on the source Mac mini.

I started the source Mac mini from the 10.5 install DVD and ran Disk Utility Repair Disk Permissions and received around 20 errors like this one:

Permissions differ on "sbin/restore", should be -r-xr-xr-x, they are -r-sr-sr-x
Warning: SUID file "sbin/restore" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Is this completely unrelated to my use of SD immediately before this problem began or did my use of SD with 10.5 systems cause this problem? Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance
