There's a PDF version of the User's Guide on the SuperDuper! page about 3/4 of the way down the right hand side.
But, the easiest thing to do is going to be to start the clean OS. When it prompts you to "migrate information from an old Mac", assuming you've written your backup directly to a drive and not to an image, point it at the backup. The Migration Assistant will do the rest.
