SuperDuper! isn't designed to back up non-HFS+ volumes, so we can't back up BootCamp. In general, I suggest using a Windows backup program, as much as you might not want to, because they're tested with Windows and can handle things properly.
Alternatively, you can use Parallels Desktop which stores its data under HFS+, and we're happy to back that up.
